Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 9, 2026

1. Introduction

Rekursif ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Clawdtopia platform, which enables users to deploy and manage OpenClaw AI agents. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services.

By accessing or using Clawdtopia, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed). If you sign in via Google, we receive your Google account ID, name, and email address.

Instance and Usage Data

We store metadata about the AI agent instances you create, including instance names, deployment provider, region, status, and configuration preferences (model provider, channel type). We also collect provisioning logs and aggregate usage metrics such as API call counts and compute hours.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider. We store your Paddle customer ID and subscription identifiers. We do not store your credit card number, bank details, or other financial payment instruments directly.

API Keys and Secrets

API keys and channel tokens you provide during agent provisioning are passed directly into your isolated container environment. These secrets are never stored in our database and are not accessible to Rekursif staff.

Automatically Collected Data

We may collect standard log data such as your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamps when you access our services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Clawdtopia platform
  • Create and manage your account
  • Provision and manage your AI agent instances
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions through Paddle
  • Send transactional communications (e.g., account confirmations, billing notifications)
  • Monitor platform health, diagnose technical issues, and improve our services
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Paddle to handle billing and subscriptions
  • Infrastructure Providers such as cloud providers, Cloudflare, or container hosts to provision your agent instances (technical identifiers only)
  • Legal Authorities if required by law or legal process

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. API keys and secrets are injected directly into isolated containers and are never persisted in our database. Authentication tokens are signed using JWT with server-side secrets.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Provisioning logs and usage metrics are retained for operational purposes and may be periodically purged. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data and associated agent instances, including cancellation of any active subscriptions.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Data portability

You can update your profile and delete your account directly from the Account page in your dashboard, or contact us for assistance.

8. Cookies

Clawdtopia uses authentication tokens stored in your browser's local storage for session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

Clawdtopia is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
