By accessing or using the Clawdtopia platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rekursif ("we," "us," or "our"), the company operating the Clawdtopia platform.
Clawdtopia provides a platform for deploying and managing OpenClaw AI agents. The Service includes agent provisioning, configuration management, channel integrations, device pairing, and subscription-based billing. We provision infrastructure on your behalf using third-party providers such as cloud infrastructure providers, Cloudflare, and Docker.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by authenticating through Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Paddle, our authorized payment processor and merchant of record. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method at the applicable subscription rate.
You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial subscription purchase. After this fourteen (14) day period has passed, all subscription fees are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your agents will continue to run until then.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You are solely responsible for the API keys, tokens, and other credentials you provide when configuring your agents. These secrets are passed directly into your isolated container environments and are not stored by Clawdtopia.
You must ensure that any API keys you use comply with the terms of service of the respective providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Google). Clawdtopia is not responsible for any charges, restrictions, or liability arising from your use of third-party API keys.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Clawdtopia and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of any content, configurations, and data you create or upload through the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be subject to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party provider failures. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from infrastructure issues beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rekursif shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times, or that the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rekursif, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may delete your account at any time through the Account page in your dashboard. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data, terminate all agent instances, and cancel any active subscriptions.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
